What this policy covers
This policy explains information handling for the marketing website operated by Commerce Street Procurement, LLC (“Commerce Street,” “we,” or “us”). It does not cover client accounts, school records, or information processed within a client’s procurement platform. Those services require separate agreements and privacy information.
Information you provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, work email, organization, organization type, and a message. The inquiry service uses this information to respond, arrange walkthroughs, and follow up on your request. Please do not include student records, payment details, passwords, health information, or other sensitive personal information.
When you submit on the hosted website, your inquiry is sent through Hostinger email to our designated company recipient. We do not keep a separate website submissions database. If delivery cannot be submitted, the form displays an error. The local development preview does not send inquiries.
Website activity and security information
Our private analytics service records pages viewed, selected link and button interactions, scroll depth, estimated active time on a page, and the referring website’s hostname. Campaign labels in tagged links (source, medium, and campaign name) help us understand which posts lead to activity. We also record a successful inquiry event after the email service accepts a form request; analytics do not store the form answers. Campaign labels can carry through links within this website without cookies or local storage. It records the IP address associated with a page visit. City, region, and country lookup is not currently enabled. IP-based location may be inaccurate, especially with mobile networks or VPNs; it does not identify your exact physical location.
The tracker does not record what you type into forms, make session recordings, or assign a persistent visitor identifier. A temporary identifier exists only in memory for an individual page load. These reports do not establish a person’s identity or provide a complete journey across pages.
The hosting service may separately process access and security logs, including IP addresses and request information. Hostinger hosts this website. Hosting logs are managed separately from our analytics database.
Why information is used

- Help investigate unusual traffic, prevent misuse, and maintain the service.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and respond to valid legal requests.
Visitor analytics are for internal company use, not advertising profiles. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and browser choices
Visitor analytics use neither cookies nor local storage and skip collection when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled. These choices do not prevent hosting-level security logs or information you voluntarily send. The private administrator dashboard uses a secure session cookie for sign-in; ordinary website visitors do not receive this login cookie.
Who may access information
Access is limited to authorized Commerce Street personnel and service providers needed to host the website, deliver inquiry emails, maintain systems, or provide security. Although analytics are for internal use, hosting and email providers may process information on our behalf. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security.
Retention and security
A daily cleanup removes analytics records older than 30 days from the active database. Hosting logs and backup copies follow separate hosting retention schedules and may remain after a record is removed from the active database. Inquiry correspondence is retained as needed to respond and meet business or legal requirements.
Safeguards include restricted administrative access, HTTPS, and private storage for configuration and database credentials. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your requests
Depending on the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other information about the use of your personal information. Children and educational organizations
This marketing website is intended for adult representatives of organizations, not for children to create accounts or submit personal information. Serving schools does not mean student information should be entered here. Any handling of student information within a client service must be addressed separately.

Links to government guidance, research, suppliers, and other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. Review those notices before submitting information there. When this policy changes, the updated version and effective date will be posted here; additional notice will be provided where required.
