A grades 2–8 reflection page for talking through what happened, feelings, effects on others, and a helpful next step.
When a student is ready to reflect, a calm conversation can help them find words for what happened and what might help next time.
Inside the download
The page asks about the event, feelings and needs, who was affected, possible repair, and a specific next-time plan. It includes space for a follow-up decision.
Offer the sheet after the student has had time to settle. Write together or talk through the prompts if that feels more supportive. Use it alongside your school’s student-support practices, without requiring public sharing.
